Job Title: Civil Engineer - Civil Works and Steel Structure Erection Location: North India (Gurugram, Haryana) : We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer specializing in Civil Works and Steel Structure Erection to join our dynamic team in North India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of civil construction projects, with a focus on steel structure erection. Responsibilities:

- Project Planning and Management:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for civil works and steel structure erection projects.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure project objectives are met within specified timelines and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure adherence to plans and quality standards.
- Civil Works Execution:
- Supervise and manage civil construction activities, including site preparation, excavation, foundation construction, and concrete works.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or deviations from project specifications.
- Steel Structure Erection:
- Lead the erection and installation of steel structures, including columns, beams, trusses, and roofing systems.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and crane operators to optimize workflow and ensure safe and efficient erection processes.
- Conduct quality inspections of steel components and welding works to ensure structural integrity and compliance with design requirements.
- Technical Support and Problem Solving:
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, subcontractors, and site personnel.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions to overcome challenges encountered during construction activities.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and other project documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance:
- Promote a culture of safety on construction sites and enforce compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures.
- Investigate and report any incidents or accidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical or related field.
- Proven experience in civil construction and steel structure erection projects, preferably in North India.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations governing civil and structural engineering.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and resolve conflicts.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software applications.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Commitment to upholding quality, safety, and environmental standards in all aspects of work.
