Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced

Site Engineer

to manage and supervise on-site construction activities for real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines while maintaining safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site Ensure work execution as per approved architectural, structural, and MEP drawings Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors Monitor quality of materials and workmanship as per project standards Prepare daily progress reports, work schedules, and site records Plan and manage manpower, materials, and machinery efficiently Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site safety practices Identify and resolve on-site technical issues and construction challenges Verify measurements and assist in billing and BOQ reconciliation Support inspections, snag-list closure, and final project handover

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and construction methodologies Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic project management tools Understanding of quality control and safety standards

Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Minimum

5-10 years

of relevant experience in real estate or construction projects Experience in residential or commercial building projects preferred
