Develop overall detailed project plan including estimate, timelines, documentation and deliverables.
Contribute concepts of working plan and 3D visuals with carpenter team.
Manage team of workers by assigning responsibilities, monitoring and providing guidance.
Manage project budget by ensuring the design meet the financial constraints.
Communication with client to ensure their expectation and concerns during all stages of work progress.
Ensure best finishing and maximize quality of products by conducting reviews and site inspections.
Maintain project documentation including plan, bills, work progress reports.
