Qualifications:

Education:

Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering / BE

Experience:

1 to 2 Years

Skills Required:

o Proficient in electrical and mechanical concepts and systems.


o Strong understanding of instrumentation functionalities and troubleshooting.


o Skilled in diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues.


o Experience in troubleshooting hardware issues and ensuring timely resolutions.


o Knowledge of preventative maintenance techniques and procedures.


o Familiarity with various production line hardware types, their properties, and functionalities.


o Understanding of PLCs and other control systems.


o Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both internal teams and external customers.


o Strong verbal communication skills for clear and concise information exchange.


o Basic knowledge of relevant software tools and systems for effective onsite operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

o Act as the main point of contact for the client on-site and maintain good relationships with them.


o Provide on-site technical assistance for hardware, software, and network-related issues to minimize downtime.


o Address client concerns promptly and effectively.


o Work closely with internal teams, vendor teams, and client teams to ensure smooth operations on-site.


o Effective communication and teamwork across all involved parties.


o Diagnose and resolve technical problems independently or with other IT teams to ensure quick resolution.


o Monitor system performance and production to proactively identify potential issues.


o Coordinate hardware maintenance tasks to minimize impact on client operations.


o Provide training and guidance to the client on technical systems and processes.


o Be available for rotational shifts, flexible hours, and emergency support.


o Adherence to client-specific holiday schedules for continuous support.
