Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage construction projects at multiple sites, ensuring timely and quality completion.

Review and interpret drawings provided by structural engineers, ensuring adherence to design specifications and local building codes.

Prepare drawings using AutoCAD or similar software when necessary to support project requirements.

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project teams to address design modifications and construction challenges.

Perform cost estimation and budget management for projects, monitoring expenses and optimizing resource allocation.

Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and regulations on all project sites.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and quality control records.

Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, issues, and solutions.

Experience:

2 - 3 years on site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
