We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Civil Site Engineer to oversee site activities, ensure quality control, and manage construction processes effectively. The role involves supervising on-site operations, coordinating with contractors and project teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of construction work. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers to meet project timelines. Ensure quality standards and safety norms are strictly followed at the site. Monitor labor, material, and equipment usage at the site. Prepare daily progress reports and update management. Assist in quantity estimation, billing, and documentation work. Resolve technical/site issues in coordination with senior engineers. Verify drawings, layouts, and measurements as per project specifications.

Key Skills & Requirements

Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings. Good communication and site management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD, and site documentation.
