Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced

Site Engineer

with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in construction site supervision. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure adherence to approved drawings and safety standards. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain workflow and project timelines. Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, material logs, and manpower tracking. Conduct quality inspections and monitor compliance with engineering standards. Assist in planning and execution of site-level operations. Troubleshoot on-site technical issues and report escalations to the project manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

2 to 5 years of experience

in site supervision for building/infrastructure projects. Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software. Good communication, team coordination, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel or relocate based on project needs.
