Supervising on-site execution of interior works as per drawings and design intent.
Coordinating with contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other site personnel.
Ensuring quality control and adherence to design specifications, timelines, and material standards.
Preparing daily site progress reports and communicating with the design team.
Managing site measurements, BOQs, material checks, and work approvals.
Identifying and resolving on-site technical issues promptly.
Ensuring safety protocols and site discipline at all times.
Overseeing installation of furniture, fixtures, lighting, and finishing elements.
Conducting site inspections and ensuring final snag rectifications before handover.
Skills & Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
0-1 year of experience in interior site execution.
Strong understanding of interior materials, construction techniques, and drawings.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple sites and multitask efficiently.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Proficiency in site measurement tools and basic software (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus).
Strong leadership and people-handling skills.
