Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications. Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship in accordance with project standards. Monitor progress of work against the project schedule and report daily progress to the Project Manager. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site supervisors to resolve technical or operational issues. Check and verify measurements, quantities, and bills raised by contractors. Ensure all safety protocols and environmental guidelines are strictly followed at the site. Maintain proper documentation of work progress, material receipts, and inspection records. Prepare Daily Progress Report. Assist in planning and scheduling site activities to optimize manpower and equipment utilization. Liaise with consultants and clients for inspections and approvals. Identify any delays or deviations and propose corrective measures.
B.Tech or Diploma in Civil.Should have experience more than 2 years in a building project or in a structure work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
