Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

Site Engineer

to manage and execute civil construction activities at our project site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is completed in accordance with engineering designs, specifications, and safety standards while maintaining cost and time efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute all civil construction activities on-site as per drawings and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth site operations. Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings to guide construction work. Maintain site records including daily work reports, labor and material usage logs, and quality inspection checklists. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety standards. Resolve site-level issues, technical queries, and communicate updates to project management. Ensure proper utilization of materials, resources, and manpower. Participate in site meetings and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in site execution or supervision on civil engineering projects (e.g., residential, commercial, infrastructure). Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and site layouts. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and structural elements. Familiarity with civil construction equipment and safety practices. Working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools. Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
