Site Engineer (Only For Men)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the Site

installation, testing, and commissioning

of solar PV systems. Supervise site work, coordinate with technicians, and ensure adherence to design and safety standards. Support project planning and day-to-day execution under the guidance of senior engineers. Conduct

site surveys

, including measurements, shadow analysis, and feasibility checks. Troubleshoot basic electrical/structural issues during installation. Prepare daily progress reports and share updates with project managers. Ensure proper handling and storage of materials on-site. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and the internal execution team.

Requirements:

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering. 6 months to 2 years of on-site experience in solar EPC or electrical installations. Basic knowledge of solar PV components, wiring, structures, and inverters. Ability to read basic layout drawings and understand system configuration. Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel locally and be present on project sites daily.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with residential or industrial rooftop projects. Knowledge of net metering process and safety compliance. Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD or mobile-based reporting apps (a plus).
