Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor site related activities.
- To guide & instruct for day to day activities.
- Vendor partner relationship & cost management.
- Facility & asset monitoring & management.
- Basic understanding of drawings. Knowledge of metal facade and exterior work.
- Should be capable of handling 2-3 project individually.
- Complete the work as per scheduled deadlines & as per quality standard.
- Checking the delivered materials at site.
