Job Description

Coordination and supervision of workers.

Provide schedules for workers.

Assign tasks to construction labourers.

Communicate with contractors, managers and other stakeholders, ensuring that all parties remain coordinated.

Organizing the equipment and manpower necessary to complete the project.

Responsible for maintaining safety and quality standards

Keeping detailed records of work at site.

Other duties as per management requirement.

Participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress.

Preparing the project schedule and determine technical specifications & prepare plans as per the specification and guidelines.

Implementing the knowledge of furniture, fixture and equipment (FF&E), architectural/interior finishes, lighting, art signage, colour and materials to carryout design intent.

Ability to interact with senior management, external client organizations and vendors

Responsible for smooth execution and completion of all corporate projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
