Job Description

:
Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure adherence to project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
Prepare and review quantity calculations for materials, concrete, reinforcement, and other construction items.
Prepare and check Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) in coordination with drawings and structural requirements.
Monitor work progress, ensure quality control, and maintain records as per site requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams for smooth execution of work.
Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Liaise with consultants, architects, and project managers for technical clarifications and approvals.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and statutory norms at the site.
