Job Summary

As a

Site Engineer - Solar Projects

, you will play a key role in executing solar energy projects across site locations in Madhya Pradesh. You will lead installation, ensure compliance with designs and safety standards, coordinate with stakeholders, and help deliver high-quality solar solutions on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage on-site execution of

solar PV installations

including modules, inverters, structures, cabling, and earthing. Coordinate project activities among contractors, vendors, and internal functions. Read and interpret technical drawings, installation plans, and BOQs. Prepare and maintain

daily progress reports (DPR)

and site documentation. Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols. Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes. Track material usage, and report shortages or damages. Ensure proper installation for

grid-connected and off-grid systems

Skills & Competencies

Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and

solar PV technology

. Ability to interpret electrical drawings and site layouts. Good coordination, communication, and reporting skills. Basic problem-solving capability. Awareness of safety and compliance standards. Readiness to travel to project sites across MP.

Educational Qualification

Diploma in Electrical Engineering

OR

ITI - Electrical

Preference for candidates with relevant solar industry training.*

Experience

1-3 years

in solar site execution or electrical fieldwork. Experience with

solar installation or EPC projects

is a plus.
