Job Opening: Site Engineer
Location: Bhopal

Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities o Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety standards. o Monitor project progress, identify issues, and ensure compliance with timelines. o Implement quality control protocols for construction materials and workmanship. o Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely delivery. o Maintain site documentation including daily reports, progress logs, and quality records. o Plan and allocate resources, materials, and equipment efficiently. o Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site construction issues. o Create technical drawings using AutoCAD.
Required Qualifications & Skills o Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. o Valid mode of transport (for local travel within Bhopal). o Prior experience in a site engineer or similar role preferred. o Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and relevant project management tools. o Strong project management and organizational skills. o Effective communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. o Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
