Position: Site Engineer - HVAC Industry

Experience Required: 2-4 Years
Location: Pune
Salary: ?35-40 K per Month

Job Responsibilities:

Handle installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of HVAC systems Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues efficiently Manage AMC contracts and breakdown services Coordinate with clients for service schedules and technical support Supervise service technicians and ensure work quality and safety standards Prepare service reports, job cards, and maintenance documentation Ensure compliance with HVAC standards and safety regulations Support project and sales teams with technical inputs when required
Key Skills & Requirements:

5-6 years of hands-on experience in HVAC service and maintenance Strong knowledge of chillers, VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU, ductable & package units Ability to read HVAC drawings and technical specifications Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills Willingness to travel within Pune and nearby locations Proficiency in MS Excel and service reporting
Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering OEM or HVAC contracting company experience preferred
