will be responsible for the technical leadership and day-to-day management of our construction projects. You will act as the primary technical point of contact on-site, ensuring that all works are executed according to design specifications, health and safety regulations, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Supervision:
Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to provide precise setting out and leveling of the site.
Quality Control:
Conduct regular inspections to ensure all materials used and work performed are as per specified standards and codes.
Site Management:
Coordinate with subcontractors, laborers, and craftspeople to ensure work flows efficiently and remains on schedule.
Problem Solving:
Identify technical discrepancies or unforeseen site conditions early and work with the design team to implement practical solutions.
Reporting:
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, site diaries, and "as-built" drawings for project management review.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering

Structural Engineering
, or a related field.
Experience:
1-4 years of proven experience in a site engineering or construction management role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership, excellent verbal/written communication, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
