Job Summary

To manage, execute, and supervise on-site civil and structural activities, ensuring that construction is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, timelines, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.

Job Responsibilities

1. Project Execution

Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth project progress. Execute construction activities as per design, drawing, and specification. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams on-site.

2. Site Supervision & Management

Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to project timelines. Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues. Maintain daily site logs, reports, and progress records.

3. Planning & Coordination

Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and vendors. Coordinate material deliveries and resource allocation. Attend project review meetings and provide updates on progress.

4. Quality Assurance & Control

Ensure work is carried out with proper workmanship and as per quality standards. Perform tests such as cube testing, slump test, etc., and maintain test reports.

5. Safety Compliance

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and statutory regulations. Conduct safety tool-box talks and maintain site safety standards.

6. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain records of drawings, changes, material reconciliation, etc. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly site progress reports and MIS. #

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering. Strong knowledge of structural and civil works (RCC, finishing, interiors, external development). Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and team management abilities.
