Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Supervise installation, erection, and commissioning of pumps, motors, pipelines, and related systems at site.

Study drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs before execution.

Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and site labor for smooth execution.

Ensure proper alignment, leveling, grouting, and foundation checks of pumps.

Monitor daily site activities and prepare progress reports.

Conduct testing and trial runs of pumping systems.

Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.

Ensure adherence to safety standards and company quality norms.

Coordinate with clients for inspections, handover, and documentation.

Maintain site records such as work completion reports, material usage, and checklists.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.

1-5 years of experience in pump installation, MEP works, or industrial projects (freshers may apply if technically strong).

Knowledge of centrifugal pumps, submersible pumps, pipelines, and valves.

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Willingness to travel and work at project sites.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
