Job Description

Key Responsibilities

:

Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to project specifications. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion. Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections. Manage materials and ensure proper inventory control. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other team members. Maintain daily site logs and report progress to the project manager.

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 2-3 years of experience in site engineering, preferably in real estate. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.

Skills

:

Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with construction software and MS Office. AutoCAD
