JOB DESCRIPTION - SITE ENGINEER

Experience Required: 2 - 8 years (Real Estate / Construction Industry)

Location: Kamptee Road, Nagpur

Reporting To: Project Manager / Project Head

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Site Execution & Supervision

Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.

Ensure execution as per drawings, safety standards, and quality norms.

Monitor RCC, shuttering, blockwork, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.

B. Quality Control & Monitoring

Conduct inspections for materials and workmanship.

Ensure compliance with quality checklists and testing procedures.

C. Vendor & Contractor Coordination

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and labor contractors.

Verify contractor progress for billing and certification.

D. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain Daily Site Report (DSR) with manpower, work progress, and issues.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports for management.

Qualifications

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Experience in residential construction preferred.
