Site Engineer (Solar Industry)

The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing on-site execution of solar power projects (rooftop/ground-mounted). This role ensures timely, safe, and quality installation, testing, and commissioning of solar PV systems in accordance with project specifications and industry standards. The Site Engineer will act as the bridge between project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:-

Education:- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering (or related field).

Experience:- 1-5 years in solar project execution (rooftop/ground-mounted/O&M). Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.

Technical Knowledge:-

1. Solar PV systems, inverters, and electrical equipment.

2. Project execution practices and site management.

3. Understanding of safety norms, electrical codes, and industry standards.

4. Understanding of Complete civil work

Skills:-

1. Strong site management and problem-solving skills.

2. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.

3. Good communication and team coordination.

4.Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred).

Work Environment & Requirements:-

1.Willingness to travel and stay at project sites (remote/urban locations).

2.Ability to work under outdoor site conditions, including heat and dust.

3.Flexibility to work extended hours during peak project execution stages.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
