Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: 3 to 5 Years (RCC, Brickwork, Plaster, and all finishing works till possession)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work quality as per drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams to maintain smooth workflow.
Monitor progress, materials, and manpower requirements.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and company quality policies.
Verify measurements, maintain daily reports, and assist in billing documentation.
Report progress and issues to Project Engineer / Manager regularly.
Oversee finishing and possession-related activities.
