Role Summary

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site activities related to the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of

automated/multi-level parking systems

. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and excellent organizational skills to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, adhering to the highest quality standards set by the company.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution:

Directly supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure all work is executed according to engineering drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Quality Control:

Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on all installation work, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company guidelines.

Team Management:

Train, manage, and motivate site personnel; assign tasks and monitor performance to maximize productivity.

Safety Compliance:

Implement and enforce strict

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)

policies. Conduct daily safety briefings (Toolbox Talks) and ensure a safe working environment at all times.

Resource Management:

Manage and monitor the efficient use of materials, equipment, and tools on-site, minimizing waste and preventing theft or damage.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain detailed daily site logs, progress reports, materials consumption reports, and document any deviations or issues. Report progress directly to the Project Manager.

Issue Resolution:

Act as the primary point of contact on-site, effectively communicating with the management team and resolving any technical or operational issues promptly.

Client Coordination:

Coordinate site activities with client representatives and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of

3-5 years of experience

as a Site Supervisor, preferably in the domain of heavy machinery installation, elevators/escalators, construction, or automated/multi-level parking systems.

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems relevant to parking automation. Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints.

Soft Skills:

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Safety Certification:

Familiarity with safety standards and best practices (e.g., OSHA, relevant Indian standards).
