GAAIA Contractors is the sister concern company of Bharat Floorings & Tiles Mumbai Pvt Ltd since 1985 and is in the business of floorings installation of cement-based flooring also, these items can be applied to the wall.

Location: Mumbai / Goa

Qualification - BE Civil

Experience - 02 to 05 years

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Site Planning

Receive the project details from the sales team Receive and study the design drawings for adequacy and accuracy. Plan all resources as per the project - man, materials, machines, timelines etc Organize all resources for the project Appoint Site Supervisor, Labour etc. for the project.

Site Execution

Guide & Train, the Site Supervisors Monitor and supervise the Site Supervisors Visit sites from time to time to ensure that the work is being done as per design and quality standards Identify non-compliances with standards and workmanship as per the parameter's inspection checklist. Ensure the site is executed on time Continuously update the Project Coordinator regarding the status of the project Intervene in client communication as and when required Contribute and support in achieving client satisfaction scores.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
