Roles and Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor site execution activities in Mechanical / Electrical disciplines as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are adhered to during site activities.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of work fronts.
Verify installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment and systems.
Review and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documents.
Prepare and maintain daily site reports, work progress updates, and documentation.
Support project managers in resolving technical issues and resource planning.
Ensure compliance with statutory and client requirements at project sites.
Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of site execution experience in EPC projects, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, equipment installation, and commissioning.
Familiarity with industry codes, safety norms, and QA/QC practices.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project documentation tools.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
