Job Summary:

This role requires frequent travel across Maharashtra, outside of Pune, for site work.

Candidates must be comfortable with extensive travel. Traveling allowance and

accommodation will be provided by the company. The role will also involve working on projects related to government schools and government playgrounds. Only candidates who

meet this requirement and are okay with working on such projects should apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute site activities in line with project timelines and company standards. Supervise contractors, vendors, and workers to ensure quality and safety compliance. Coordinate with senior engineers, project managers, and clients for effective site progress reporting. Handle day-to-day site operations, including material management, workforce allocation, and adherence to schedules. Resolve site-level challenges by proactively coordinating with relevant stakeholders. Ensure proper documentation, daily site progress reports, and compliance with company policies. Support project planning, execution, and monitoring to achieve defined project goals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
