Job description

Oversee complete project lifecycle - conceptualization, design, budgeting, execution, and delivery Act as a key liaison with senior management & stakeholders to align site objectives. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors & internal teams for smooth execution Study & implement structural, architectural, MEP & GFC drawings, ensuring alignment with site work. Manage resources, quantity surveying, billing, statutory documentation, and departmental coordination. Supervise execution of RCC, masonry, plumbing, electrical, firefighting, plastering, and finishing work. Monitor project schedules, ensure adherence to timelines, and resolve on-site issues proactively. Maintain daily progress reports, labour data, and site records for management review Improve project efficiency by refining processes, tools, and methodologies continuously Ensure timely project handover and oversee post-completion maintenance during the defect liability period.

REQUIREMENT

Proficiency in CAD Software Proficiency in MS Office & related tools Working knowledge of MCGM's AutoDCR system & MahaRERA Compliances Familiarity with latest construction and interior materials Strong site execution & coordination skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
