Location- Panvel

: A Fit Out Engineer, also known as a Site Engineer for Interior Fit-Out, oversees and executes interior design and construction projects, ensuring that they are finished on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. They collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors, manage project teams, and oversee the entire fit-out process, from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

A) Project Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement project plans, including detailed schedules and resource allocation, ensuring projects are completed on time.

B) Site Management and Supervision:

Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

C) Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate effectively with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and address any concerns.

D) Quality Control and Assurance:

Monitor the quality of workmanship, materials, and finishes throughout the fit-out process, conducting inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.

E) Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate project records, including progress reports, contracts, meetings, and changes to the project.

F) Resource Management:

Oversee the efficient utilization of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.

G) Problem Solving:

Address and resolve technical or construction issues that arise on site, ensuring minimal disruption to the project schedule.

H) Safety and Compliance:

Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations and building codes.

I) Project Procurement:

Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, including sourcing and negotiation with suppliers.

J) Active Listening and Empathy:

Listen attentively to understand the customer's concern and demonstrate empathy for their frustration.
