Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced

Site Engineer

to oversee ongoing and upcoming commercial projects in Thane/ Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have at least

4 years of hands-on experience

in

project management

and

site execution

. This role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met within timeline and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day on-site activities ensuring timely and quality execution of work. Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth workflow. Monitor and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and present updates to the Project Manager/Management. Review drawings and specifications and ensure site work is aligned accordingly. Handle site-level procurement and material tracking. Supervise site workforce, allocate tasks, and resolve on-ground issues promptly. Assist in billing verification and documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial construction project management and execution. Strong knowledge of civil construction techniques, materials, and safety protocols. Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and basic project management tools. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to join immediately or within short notice is preferred.
