Job Description

Supervise and execute site activities related to

Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)

works. Plan and oversee

installation, testing, and maintenance

of HVAC, electrical panels, plumbing, fire safety systems, and other utilities. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance across facilities. Ensure adherence to safety standards, local regulations, and company policies. Diagnose faults and manage emergency breakdowns efficiently. Maintain detailed reports on site progress, equipment logs, and compliance documentation. Assist in procurement planning and inventory control for technical equipment and materials. Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities as required. Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and site staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field. 3+ years of experience in site supervision, preferably in MEP & facility services. Strong knowledge of

building systems, electrical wiring, HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety

installations. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Familiar with relevant codes and standards (e.g., IS, NEC, NFPA). Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (optional but preferred). Willingness to travel to various project sites when required.
