Job Overview

We are looking for a Site Engineer (MEPF Project) to join our team at Trident Dispatch. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of MEPF projects at construction sites. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in the field and possess the necessary skills and knowledge to contribute to the successful completion of projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in MEPF projects
• Sound knowledge of MEPF systems and construction practices
• Leadership skills to effectively manage construction teams
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Experience in document verification and maintaining project records
• Proficient in project planning and execution
• Quality assurance mindset and attention to detail
• Cost estimation skills to assist in budgeting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of MEPF projects at construction sites
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
• Conduct site visits to inspect and monitor the progress of construction work
• Prepare project plans, cost estimates, and schedules
• Supervise and guide construction workers and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Perform document verification and maintain accurate project records
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during project execution
• Collaborate with the design team to review and approve project drawings
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress reports to the project team
