Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer to assist in supervising and monitoring MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works on construction sites. This role is ideal for fresh B-Tech graduates eager to build their career in site engineering by gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior engineers in supervising MEP installations and ensure work matches design drawings and safety standards.

Perform daily site inspections to check work quality, progress, and compliance with safety rules.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site staff to resolve issues and ensure smooth work flow.

Support site documentation, including preparation of reports and as-built drawings.

Participate in safety briefings and help enforce safety protocols on site.

Learn to read technical drawings, schedules, and project plans accurately.

Help identify and resolve minor technical or site challenges under guidance.

Required Skills & Attributes:

Basic knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.

Eagerness to learn technical and site management skills.

Commitment to quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit is a plus.
