Job Description

We are seeking a

Site Engineer / Supervisor

with strong, hands-on experience in managing

mechanical/industrial project sites

, particularly in the domain of

industrial piping and process systems

. The ideal candidate should be capable of

independently handling site execution, coordinating teams

, and ensuring strict compliance with

safety, quality, and project timelines

.

Experience:

Minimum

10-12 years

in a similar supervisory role in

mechanical/industrial projects

, with a proven track record of executing

industrial piping and process-related works

.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage

day-to-day site activities

, including supervision of site teams and manpower allocation. Plan and execute site work in coordination with

contractors, vendors, consultants

, and internal project teams. Ensure

timely and quality execution

of site activities as per project schedule and specifications. Supervise

installation, testing, and commissioning

of industrial piping systems and related mechanical works. Maintain comprehensive

site documentation

, including daily progress reports, material logs, and manpower records. Monitor and enforce strict

compliance with safety standards

, including mandatory

PPE usage

and

safe work practices

. Conduct and participate in

Tool Box Talks (TBTs)

, safety briefings, and

site safety audits

. Coordinate with design and engineering teams for resolving technical/site issues. Ensure

quality control

by checking workmanship, materials, and compliance with

project and industry standards

.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

Strong understanding and hands-on experience in

industrial piping systems

, including knowledge of

isometrics, P&IDs, flow diagrams

, and piping materials. Solid process understanding in industries such as:

FMCG

(Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)

Cosmetics

Automobile

Beverages

Chemical

Pharmaceuticals

Familiarity with

process equipment installation

, utility piping, stainless steel fabrication, and cleanroom practices (preferred for pharma/cosmetics industries). Knowledge of applicable

industry codes and standards

(ASME, ASTM, etc.) is a strong advantage. Excellent team coordination, site communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and executing accordingly on site.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
