Job Description

The Site Engineer for Pump Maintenance is responsible for overseeing the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of pumps and related mechanical systems at various sites. This role ensures that pump systems operate efficiently and safely, meeting the required performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise installation, maintenance, and servicing of pumps (centrifugal, submersible, dosing, etc.) at client sites. Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and performance assessments of pump systems. Diagnose mechanical faults and coordinate timely repairs to minimize downtime. Ensure proper alignment, balancing, and lubrication of pumps and associated equipment. Monitor system operations and recommend improvements for efficiency and longevity. Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare service reports. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth site operations. Ensure all safety protocols, environmental guidelines, and quality standards are strictly followed. Train and guide junior technicians and site workers in pump maintenance procedures. Assist in inventory management of spare parts and maintenance tools.
