Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in site Installation as per Drawings and formats.

Should have sound knowledge to understand the drawings. preferably pneumatic conveying system.

Should Prepare Schedules and assigns duties to workers as per the time line.

Inspects work in progress and when completed to determine conformance to Project Manager.

Ensuring our customers are receiving the highest level of service.

Monitor contractors' resources like Machinery and availability of Labours.

Issue safety work permits prior to the commencement of Work.

Inspect the incoming material received from the vendors along with quality team.

Joint inspection of installed site along with Customer.

Responsible to resolve queries related to Mechanical Installation.

Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.

Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available. BOQ Preparation to be done.

Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.

Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.

Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.

Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.

Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.

Should co-ordinate with Commissioning and Automation engineer to commission the plant.

Key performance Indicators

Better execution as per the project plan with regards to Mechanical installations with minimum deviations.

On time/scheduled handover.

Inventory management.

Minimum customer escalations.

Customer retention strategies

Review System:

Weekly review with reporting manager on day-to day activities and updates

Quarterly review on performance and knowledge sharing by RM

Annual review by Management

Key Relationships:

Internal & external stakeholders

Clients /customers/vendors of PTP

Qualification Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or similar.

2 to 3 Years of Experience in a similar role.(Installation and Commissioning)

Sound knowledge and hands on experience on Engineering, construction, and design.

Professional experience, preferably in machinery and Pneumatic conveying system installation.

Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.

Good Communication skills and Flexibility.

Independent, Proactive and team Capable personality.

Willing to Travel as and when the job demands- High Priority

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
