We are seeking skilled and experienced

Site Engineers

to oversee and manage on-site construction operations at our various sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are executed according to design specifications, quality standards, budget plans and timelines. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise and a deep commitment to safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities on site. Coordinate effectively with construction teams, subcontractors and suppliers. Review, analyze, and interpret construction drawings, plans and specifications. Plan and monitor construction schedules to ensure timely project completion. Track project expenses and ensure work is executed within approved budgets. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and statutory regulations. Maintain accurate documentation of project progress and prepare regular reports. Communicate effectively with project managers, vendors and stakeholders regarding progress and challenges. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure adherence to engineering standards and project requirements. Identify project risks or issues early and implement corrective actions. Support continuous improvement and ensure best-practice construction methodologies.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum

3 years of relevant experience

in construction site management or similar roles. Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and team coordination abilities. Proficiency in project documentation and reporting.
