Project oversight:

Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring all activities are on schedule, within budget, and to the required specifications.

Technical supervision: Check technical drawings, set out sites, and provide technical guidance to ensure work is executed correctly.

Quality and safety: Ensure the quality of work meets standards and that all health, safety, and legal regulations are strictly adhered to on-site.

Coordination and communication: Liaise with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other professionals. Coordinate with different teams and manage the work of contracted staff.

Problem-solving: Identify and resolve technical difficulties that occur during construction.

Administration and reporting: Prepare site reports, log progress, and complete other necessary documentation.

Logistics and planning: Plan and prepare technical drawings, manage construction materials, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
