Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Site Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction field, specifically with shopping mall / large commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily site operations for mall construction projects. Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules. Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor project progress and report to project management regularly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies. Review technical drawings, BOQs, and material specifications. Handle site measurements, inspections, and quality control checks. Resolve site-related technical issues efficiently. Maintain proper documentation, site reports, and records.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 10 years of proven experience in construction projects. Mandatory experience in mall or large commercial building projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with project planning and site management tools. Good communication skills .
