Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Site Engineer

to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in civil engineering, along with expertise in project management and construction management practices. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale infrastructure projects, including water treatment, wastewater management, and pipeline systems. The Site Engineer will ensure project specifications are met, safety standards are maintained, and project timelines are adhered to, supporting the successful delivery of complex engineering solutions.

Duties

Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to design plans and specifications. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using project scheduling tools. Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, and Schematics for drafting, design review, and system modeling. Conduct construction inspections to verify quality control and compliance with safety regulations. Prepare and review construction estimates using construction estimating techniques. Manage project documentation through technical writing and drafting practices. Collaborate with GIS professionals utilizing ArcGIS, GIS systems, and land surveying data for site analysis. Oversee system design processes involving hydraulics, hydraulics modeling (HEC), water treatment systems, and system engineering principles. Assist in project engineering tasks including project scheduling, project management, and technical problem-solving related to civil, geotechnical, mechanical engineering, and pipeline projects. Ensure proper implementation of schematics and construction plans while maintaining safety standards on-site. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution.

Experience

Proven experience in

construction management
