- Preparation of Schedule & Tracking of Projects in Microsoft Project. Micro level Scheduling of Civil, Structural, External development & Interior works (BOH & public Area) \xe2\x80\xa2 Analysis of Delays as per the Schedule, further Preparation of Catch up schedule. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation of Project Cost reports & identifying the overflow. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with consultants and architects to ensure timely receipt of drawings (and BOQs); Seek clarifications on drawings, if required \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervise and inspect construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications; Highlight deviations and escalate issues to the Project Manager, if required \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor daily operations at the site and ensure adherence to the project plan; Coordinate activities of the various partners at the project site to ensure work is undertaken as per timelines \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain daily progress reports and ensure timely communication of critical information from the projects site to the Project Manager; Continuously monitor the project budget, resource requirements, cycle time and productivity levels
