Key Responsibilities
End-to-end execution of residential and interior projects (foundation to finishing)
Daily site supervision and coordination of works
Labour contractor and material vendor sourcing, coordination, and management
Ensure execution strictly as per architectural drawings and specifications
Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time completion
Maintain quality standards without compromise
Coordinate with Vedha Architects office team
Prepare and submit daily / weekly site progress reports
Willingness to travel and monitor multiple sites (TA provided)
Roles & Duties
Source skilled labour contractors, material vendors, and required equipment
Compare vendors for cost and quality before finalization
Supervise workmanship, materials, and execution quality on site
Anticipate possible delays and plan corrective actions
Ensure cost, quality, and timeline control at all stages of work
Maintain internal documentation and site records
Required Skills & Knowledge
Strong knowledge of residential and interior construction
Familiarity with local market rates (labour, materials, M-Sand, P-Sand, plywood, fabrication works, etc.)
Ability to handle critical site situations independently
Good understanding of setting out and wall marking procedures
Strong communication and coordination skills
