Job Summary

We are looking for a committed and technically skilled Site Engineer to manage on-site execution of construction/projects across India. The candidate must be willing to travel extensively, coordinate closely with the Project Management team, and ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality execution of works at site.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Supervision

Supervise day-to-day construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules. Ensure work is executed as per quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines. Coordinate manpower, materials, and machinery requirements at site.

2. Coordination with Project Management Team

Work closely with the Project Manager and PM team for planning, scheduling, and execution of site activities. Update the PM team regularly on site progress, challenges, and resource requirements. Implement instructions and work plans issued by the Project Manager.

3. Daily Progress Reporting

Prepare and submit

Daily Progress Reports (DPR)

including: Work completed vs planned Manpower deployment Material consumption Site issues, delays, and observations Maintain site records, measurements, and photographs for reporting and documentation.

4. Petty Cash & Site Expense Management

Manage petty cash allocated for site operations responsibly. Record all site expenses accurately with proper bills and vouchers. Prepare periodic petty cash statements and submit them for verification and reimbursement. Ensure site expenses remain within approved budgets.

5. Travel & Site Deployment

Ready to travel and work

anywhere in India

based on project requirements. Stay at project locations for extended durations as required. Adapt to different site conditions, work cultures, and timelines.

6. Material & Vendor Coordination

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for material receipt and inspections at site. Maintain material stock registers and ensure proper storage and usage. Report material shortages or excesses to the PM team.

7. Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with site safety regulations and company policies. Maintain basic safety records and encourage safe work practices at site.

Qualification & Experience

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant field. Minimum

1-3 years of site execution experience

preferred (Freshers with strong site exposure may apply). Ability to read and understand drawings and BOQs.

Skills & Competencies

Good communication and coordination skills Strong reporting and documentation ability Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp reporting, and site documentation Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently

Pay: ?9,180.76 - ?25,001.96 per month
