Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision:
Manage daily on-site operations, ensuring all construction activities align with blueprints, technical specifications, and local building codes.
Quality Control:
Conduct regular inspections and material testing to ensure the highest standards of structural integrity and workmanship.
Project Coordination:
Act as the main point of contact for subcontractors, architects, and stakeholders to resolve technical hurdles and design discrepancies.
Reporting:
Maintain detailed site diaries, progress reports, and resource logs to keep project managers informed of milestones and delays.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
