Job Title: Site Engineer

Location: Calicut

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site construction operations at our various sites in Calicut. The ideal candidate will ensure that all construction activities are executed according to design specifications, quality standards, budget plans, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

- Manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities on site

- Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

- Review, analyze, and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications

2. Scheduling and Budgeting:

- Plan and monitor construction schedules to ensure timely project completion

- Track project expenses and ensure work is executed within approved budgets

3. Safety and Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and statutory regulations

4. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate documentation of project progress and prepare regular reports

- Communicate effectively with project managers, vendors, and stakeholders regarding progress and challenges

5. Quality Control:

- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure adherence to engineering standards and project requirements

- Identify project risks or issues early and implement corrective actions

6. Continuous Improvement:

- Support continuous improvement and ensure best-practice construction methodologies

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering

- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in construction site management or similar roles

- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines

- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities

- Proficiency in project documentation and reporting
