VC Interiors is a growing interior design and execution firm specializing in premium residential and commercial projects. We focus on quality execution, smart design solutions, and timely project delivery.



We are looking for a dynamic Interior Design Site Engineer to manage on-site execution of interior projects, coordinate with vendors, and ensure quality, timelines, and safety standards are met for both residential and commercial interiors.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise day-to-day site activities for interior projects

Interpret interior drawings, BOQs, and specifications accurately

Coordinate with designers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors

Ensure material quality, workmanship standards, and site safety

Monitor project timelines and report daily/weekly progress

Handle measurements, site inspections, and issue resolution

Maintain site documentation and client coordination

Ensure projects are executed as per approved designs and budgets

Requirements

Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Interior Design

2-5 years experience in interior project execution (Residential & Commercial preferred)

Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution methods

Ability to read and execute 2D drawings

Good communication and coordination skills

Willingness to travel between project sites

Preferred Skills

Experience in turnkey interior projects

Familiarity with modular furniture, false ceilings, and custom carpentry

Problem-solving and leadership skills
