Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled
Site Engineer
to oversee on-site construction activities, ensure compliance with design specifications, and manage quality control. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor construction work to ensure adherence to plans, codes, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with contractors, architects, and project managers to resolve on-site issues.
Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and material testing.
Prepare daily progress reports, site measurements, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
Manage labor, equipment, and materials efficiently to meet deadlines.
Assist in cost estimation and budget control.
Troubleshoot technical problems and propose solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering
or related field.
2-5 years of experience in construction projects (residential/commercial).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and construction software (preferred).
Strong knowledge of
IS codes
, construction methodologies, and safety norms.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
