Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team of interior designers and architects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the on-site implementation of interior design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards Coordinate with designers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality Resolve technical issues and address client concerns Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and quality control records Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials and manage logistics Assist in preparing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in site management of interior design projects Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations Excellent project management and organizational skills Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and project management tools Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience with interior design software (e.g., Revit, 3ds Max) Knowledge of sustainable building practices and green building certifications Familiarity with local building codes and regulations Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Salary and Benefits:

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance Travel Allowances: Provided for site visits and project-related travel Other benefits: As per company policy
