We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team at Evergreen Properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing on-site operations across multiple ongoing villa and plot development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of more than 50 workers on-site.

Ensure the timely completion of projects within the set quality standards.

Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Oversee daily site operations, including construction, material management, and quality control.

Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project guidelines.

Monitor progress, track project milestones, and prepare reports.

Resolve on-site issues and provide effective solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.

1 to 3 years of relevant experience in construction site management.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.

Proficiency in project management software is a plus.
